First of all, you need to ask your colleagues. They can guide you and/or give you a hand.Second Your CAPES needs a special preparation.Any lesson that we present to our pupils must undergo three STAGES. 1 presentation phase 2 practice phase 3 production phase :- you should familiarize yourself with the “three Ps: Presentation, Practice, and Production.
1-“Presentation” (15 minutes) is where the target language (the language to be taught to the students) is “presented” to the students.
2- “Practice” where the students practise the target language in one of the three activities that progress from very structured to less-structured (as they master the material).
3- “Production” is the stage of the lesson where the students take the target language and use it in conversations that they structure (ideally) and use it to talk about themselves or their daily lives or situations. NB - The teacher should pave the way to the learners .
-You should concentrate on the low-achievers in her classroom.
-Don't forget the official documents that must be presented during the capes
1- Cahier de texte bien tenu
    2- Les fiches
    3- Cahier de notes
    4- cahier journal
5- cahier de stage ( reunions pédagogiques, reunions de coordinations etc..

Hello foufa 77.First, and foremost, you have to lessen your anxiety and stress.Admittedly, the C.A.P.E.S is such an importatnt exam that it is considered the gateway to embrace the teaching profession;yet one should adopt a rational reasoning , and with somecommon sense steps, I believe, everything is going to be OK.In fact, and as I have experienced ,as novice teacher too, is that one has to focus on what can the learner do during the lesson. The lesson in question has to be based on a measurable , remarkable and well definte competency.Put simply, the lesson must have "a performance objective".Learners are , then, expected to do something themselves with your guidance as a mediator and facilitator. This is another way of saying that you will accompany them in achieving a definite task.Your lesson , in this respect, is going to be learner-centred.
    Good luck!
