Good ethics in business will bring success. The better a business is lead and with good ethics the better it will work .
Good ethics means respecting the people both those working for the company and the people that the company is serving. Good ethics is seeing smiles in the faces of the workers, it is, knowing that the company and its leaders are there to listen to them and allow them to give their feedback and be part of the company. It also helps to give them the bonus according to the success of the company and that will help them push your company forward.
When clients get service with smile, get products of the highest quality continue buying it , even if they can get other ones for cents at a competitor. Good ethics is when you run a business on long term goals and not short term gains. It is never to deceive a client. A company with high ethics will check its products before they leave the factory and make sure that it is of the highest quality so that clients will not will not be harmed or receive products with defects.
Once you start using unethical methods you allow people to do countless damage to your company in the long run. When you use unethical methods you will lose your clients when they have an opportunity of leaving you and that can happen faster than you can dream of. So, as long as you use ethical methods that are good for all you will succeed in the long term to grow your business always higher and better.
