Advices :how to plane a lesson, what could I write ...?

hi lynda, my first advice for you is to attend classes with more experienced colleagues, second, to try to plan your lesson and notes as well as possible ie. to answer the tasks properly before asking pupils to do so, to check the pronunciation of every single word(which u may not be sure how it's pronounced), then to listen to and watch english speaking channels........would like to have more pieces of advice?

i'm 32 and i'm afraid about pupils,what to do to be respected by them?

An important thing to gain respect is to master the course, everyday.. the better control you have over what you are teaching the more respect you get.
